Come for an afternoon of food samples and drinks prepared by women chefs, sommeliers, vintners, distillers and bartenders while also raising funds for two worthy causes: culinary students and the youth gardening project, Urban Roots. Our line up includes Sara Johannes,"Top Chef" contestant now leading St Paul College's Culinary Arts Program; Chef Shack; Twin Spirits Distillery; Alexis Bailly Vineyard;Carlos Creek Winery; Northern Waters Smokehouse; Red Table Meats; and Baker's Field. That's just for starters!
Along with the chance to schmooze with chefs and purveyors, there will be a silent auction with items ranging from cookware to dinners to classes to joining Star Tribune restaurant critic Rick Nelson to review a meal.
The first 200 to arrive also receive a swag bag to take home, filled with food samples, coupons and a few surprises!
